I develop clothing and accessory collections following a personal method, divided into three main phases, which allows me to achieve results quickly and effectively.
ANALYSIS
Brand: The first phase consists of an informal interview to discover the essence of the brand: how it was born and what its values are.
Community: I analyze the end consumer: who they are, what their needs are, and how the brand can meet their expectations.
Data: I study the sales data of previous collections to understand trends and areas for improvement.
Context: I explore the socio-economic environment in which the brand operates, identifying how changes in habits influence needs, and how these are translated into stylistic choices (colors, fabrics, accessories, must-haves).
CONCEPT
Theme: I define the concept of the collection based on the information gathered and the emerging inspirations.
Sketchbook: I collect images, photographs, material samples, and sketches, creating a visual archive to guide the collection’s development.
Sketches: I create the first drawings, which begin to reflect the DNA of the collection, though not yet in final detail.
COLLECTION
Moodboard: I create a collage that captures the essence of the collection, with evocative images, materials, shapes, and colors. I also add key outfits to give a visual idea of what the final collection will look like.
Collection Plan: I define complete outfits, including details such as the front, back, side, and interior of garments, along with fabrics, colors, suppliers, accessories, and technical specifications.
Illustrations: I create realistic digital renderings to visualize the details of the collection.
